The Gym

Waves Leisure Club boasts a newly equipped gym which offers a vast selection of cardio vascular, resistance, strength and flexibility equipment. The tranquil setting with coastal sea views makes the Hannafore Point Hotel the ideal place to work out.

Our Equipment
Our cardio training room comprises of Cross Trainers, Treadmills, Exercise Bikes, Water Rower, Water Grinder and Vibration Plate. We have a resistance room which includes a Lateral Pull Down, Peck Fly, Leg Extension, Leg Curl, Wall Bars, A frame of weights, swing bells, Resistance Bands, Skipping Ropes, Yoga Mats and Gym Balls.

Memberships

Standard membership
Our standard membership includes full use of our spa facilities, Indoor swimming Pool and Gymnasium. Complimentary Gym inductions and programmes are available. Members must be over 21 years old.

Annually - £380.00

Specialised Membership
Our specialised membership includes full use of the spa facilities, indoor swimming pool and gymnasium. This membership is for over 60’s only.
Monthly - £30.00

Children’s Membership
Our children’s membership is for the indoor swimming pool only. This membership is available for children under 16 years old.
Monthly – £20.00

Day passes are also available for over 21s for £8.00 Per person.
